Bishop’s Stortford-based technology provider ITVET Ltd, the parent company of Retail Report, is delighted to announce that it has been awarded SSIP accreditation for health & safety. The Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) accreditation demonstrates ITVET’s compliance with health & safety legislation and regulations.
ITVET went through a rigorous audit by the ACDC register to ensure all its processes and procedures meet the SSIP core criteria. To maintain annual compliance, ITVET will continue to evaluate and improve its processes.
SSIP ensures health & safety competence across the supply chain. The accreditation will greatly improve the safety procedures for all client site visits. Having the SSIP accreditation will greatly cut down on new client assessments, saving ITVET time and money.
CEO of ITVET Ltd, Daryl Fuller, said: “With procurement departments actively looking for SSIPs, this is another feather in the cap for ITVET. We’re extremely proud of our compliance team who worked hard to ensure our internal policies meet the core criteria of the certification. SSIP will make it easier for us to do business across our specialist areas while improving the safety of our clients, partners, and people.”
ITVET’s growing accreditation portfolio also includes ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301.
