We’re very pleased with the sales collection service we receive from Retail Report. The majority of tenant sales data is collected via automated emails, and the Retail Report team call the remaining stores on Monday morning and efficiently gather the remaining sales data. This saves the on-site team here so much time, allowing us to focus on other areas. We’ve received very good feedback from our retailers who find the team friendly and helpful. 

We started using the Retail Report sales data collection at our centre just over a year ago, and have been very pleased with the quality, reliability and accuracy of the service. We like that we are able to offer our retailers a variety of different collection methods, including automated call, text, email, and dedicated cloud portal. The number of participating retailers has also increased since we started using the service, which is a big plus point for us. The data analytics and reporting tool is very good, and has been tailored to our specific requirements in a number of areas. Overall we are very impressed with the service and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

I found Retail Report to be a flexible and innovative multi-platform tool that assists me in my day-to-day tasks as a centre manager. The ability to have it working seamlessly on my desktop as well as my mobile device is invaluable. It allows me great flexibility and a single point of data retrieval regardless of where I am (at my desk or a remote meeting). This coupled with its constantly evolving nature seems to be the way forward in our industry and the best use of technology to simplify our workload.
