The majority of tenant sales data is collected via automated emails, and the Retail Report team call the remaining stores on Monday morning and efficiently gather the remaining sales data.     We started using the Retail Report sales data collection at our centre just over a year ago, and have been very pleased with the quality, reliability and accuracy of the service. We like that we are able to offer our retailers a variety of different collection methods, including automated call, text, email, and dedicated cloud portal. The number of participating retailers has also increased since we started using the service, which is a big plus point for us.
